Sikh preacher and influential spiritual leader Bhai Ranjit Singh Ji Dhadrianwale publicly extended his support to the recently released Punjabi film Akaal, urging audiences to appreciate and uplift cinema that celebrates the heritage and identity of Punjab.

“Instead of criticizing Akaal, people should support such efforts,” he said, adding that Gippy Grewal and his team have made a meaningful contribution by showcasing the rich culture of Punjabis through cinema. “When someone watches this film and witnesses the vibrant legacy of Punjab, it has the power to inspire them,” he remarked.
