Case of attack on Gurdwara Sahib of Afghanistan: Sikh organizations write letter to PM

Many Sikhs and police officials have been killed in a recent terrorist attack on Parwan Sahib Gurdwara in Kabul, Afghanistan. Due to this attack Nanak Namlewa sangats in Punjab were constantly protesting in their minds. Near Amritsar Bhandari Bridge, Sikh groups today gathered on the side of the road and protested peacefully. Meanwhile, a letter was written to the Prime Minister of Afghanistan seeking justice.Speaking to reporters on the occasion, leaders of various Sikh organizations said, “We condemn the attack on a gurdwara in Kabul, Afghanistan We demand that all the mischievous forces behind this attack be identified and punished”.

Meanwhile, Balbir Singh Muchhal said that if the government of Afghanistan could not protect the Sikhs then the government of Afghanistan should provide arms to the Sikhs so that the Sikhs could protect themselves and the government.He said that it was a reprehensible incident that Gurdwara Sahib was attacked during Amrit. He said that he had also written a letter to the Prime Minister of Afghanistan today and demanded that all the mischievous forces behind it should be identified and punished severely.
