In the city of Khanna District Ludhiana, there is a news which has brought shame to humanity.Khanna police have arrested a father and son in charge of a cemetery for allegedly selling the bones of a dead man to a Tantric, who used them for black magic. Police have launched a search operation to nab the accused Tantric.Khanna City-2 police on Thursday arrested Nirmal Singh of Ward No. 22 Khanna and his son Jaswinder Singh. Khanna's SSP Ravi Kumar said the investigation revealed that after the cremation, the caretakers used to sell the bones to Tantric.Who will use them to deceive people in the name of black magic. He said Tantric had fled for fear of arrest. The complainant in the case, Rinku Lakha of Amloh Road, had told the police that his 18-year-old son Deepak had died on November 3 last year and his arm bone was buried in the ground after cremation.
He said that the next day when he went to the cemetery with his relatives, the bone was missing.Lakhia told police that when he asked the caregivers they had no answer, he became suspicious. He then started visiting the crematorium again and again and befriended caretaker Nirmal Singh and one day asked him to give him the bone of an unmarried man for which he asked for Rs 50,000 but paid Rs 21,000. Complainant said that accused Jaswinder Singh also took Rs. 1100 from him. The accused are being questioned as to how many bones they have sold to Tantric so far.
