People Hurt By Aamir Khan’s Film, Complaint Filed For Hurting Religious Sentiments

The controversies related to Aamir Khan and his film ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ are not taking the name of less. This cycle, which started with Boycott, is going to reach the court case. Before the release of the film, Aamir Khan was targeted due to the anti-Hindu dialogues used in the film ‘PK’ and for making fun of religion. At the same time, his film has been accused of hurting religious sentiments.

According to media reports, a case was registered against Aamir Khan yesterday. Advocate Vineet Jindal, who lives in Delhi, did not like Aamir Khan’s film ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’. He found some scenes in the film objectionable. He has accused Aamir Khan’s film of hurting religious sentiments and insulting the Indian Army.Please tell that Advocate Vineet Jindal has filed a case against Aamir Khan under sections 153, 153 A, 298 and 505. In this case, apart from Aamir Khan, he has also dragged the director of the film Advait Chandan in this matter.  

A complaint has also been filed against the production house Paramount Pictures. In the complaint, Vineet says that the content of the film is quite objectionable at many places. People’s sentiments are getting hurt because of this.153A is imposed on such people who spread hatred in the society on the basis of religion, language, race or try to do so. According to section 298, action is taken against any person who hurts the religious sentiments of anyone. Under section 505, for promoting hatred between different communities, three years in jail or fine or both.
