The sweltering heat has led to increased power and water consumption, with officials urging citizens to stay indoors, stay hydrated, and avoid direct sunlight. Schools have also issued advisories for students, while hospitals are seeing a rise in heat-related cases. With no immediate relief in sight, the city may continue to experience extreme weather in the coming days.
