Tricity set to get comprehensive mobility plan, Metro project approved to improve transportation and boost economic growth.

Haryana, Punjab, and the Union Territory of Chandigarh have come together to improve the traffic arrangements in the Tricity region. In a meeting held at the Chandigarh Secretariat, the comprehensive mobility plan of the Metro has been given in-principle approval. The plan aims to improve the frequency of transportation in the three cities of Panchkula, Chandigarh, and Mohali.
