This service is exclusively available to all members of its loyalty program, Club Vistara, across all membership tiers. The airline operates these Wi-Fi-enabled flights on its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and Airbus A321neo aircraft.
The complimentary Wi-Fi service offered by Vistara is designed to cater to the modern traveler’s need to stay connected. It includes unlimited data primarily for messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, iMessage, and other similar services. This offering aligns with Vistara’s commitment to enhancing the travel experience and maintaining a competitive edge in the aviation industry.
In a move to further differentiate its service, Vistara extends additional benefits to its Platinum members and Business Class customers. These elite members are entitled to an extra 50MB of data, which can be utilized for broader internet activities, including web browsing, social media engagement, email, and other online services. To avail of both the unlimited messaging and the additional 50MB surf package, Platinum members must activate the latter before using the messaging service.
