Yograj Singh Reveals Details About Yuvraj Singh’s Biopic, Says, ‘Film To Be Made On Whopping Budget’

As we all know, the trend of biopics in Bollywood has never faded away. And one among them is cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s biopic. Earlier in October 2021, reports suggested that Karan Johar would be creating a biopic based on the struggle and life of Yuvraj Singh. It has also been said that Gully Boy star Siddhant Chaturvedi was in talks to play the lead character, but the project was shelved without moving further.

And recently, the updates on the same have been disclosed by Yuvraj’s father, aka veteran Punjabi actor Yograj Singh. In a conversation with one of the renowned news portals, Yograj Singh revealed that the biopic of his son Yuvraj has been in the pre-production phase. And the makers are pitching to create the film at the Hollywood level. Many ace directors and South filmmakers will be putting their paws on the film. Not only this, it will be released in almost every language and will be a pan film.

The film will go on the floors next year, that is 2023, as disclosed by Yograj Singh. Additionally, Yograj emphasised his goal to elevate the father-son relationship between Yograj Singh and Yuvraj Singh to the status of being the greatest of all time. He acknowledged that this component of the impending biopic has his full attention. Additionally, he revealed that the highly awaited biopic has a huge budget of 100 crore INR. It has been great that the film on Yuvi has been made. Yuvraj Singh’s life is a roller coaster – right from the highs, lows, and his fight with cancer.
